Zotac ZBox HD-ID11 – The Next Generation Nettop

Zotac has announced its new ZBox HD-ID11 mini-PC based on next generation Nvidia Ion platform and Intel Atom D-510 processor. The new small form factor nettop features Ion 2 or Next gen. Ion platform having 512 MB of dedicated graphics memory, supporting Nvidia CUDA and PureVideo technology. Other features include 4GB of DDR2 RAM running at 800 MHz, 2.5 inch HDD, WiFi 802.11n, 6 in 1 memory card reader, 7.1 channel audio, 6 USB 2.0 ports and Ethernet.

Combining Intel Atom D-510 processor (Dual Core, 1.66 GHz, 667 Mhz FSB, 1 MB L2 Cache) with Nvidia Ion2 gives a much better multimedia performance than Intel’s Pinetrail platform with on-chip graphics.
