Seagate Expansion Drives provide Backup and Portability

Data Backup and portability is an issue for those who like to keep their private data offline in their own hands. I’ve been searching for some decent backup solution for my data including family pics and videos. The solution should be decent, smart and cheap. Seagate provides two categories of Expansion drives, one being External Drives and other is Portable Drives. Both look almost the same, the only difference is that the portable drives are much lighter in weight and shorter in size however offer less capacity than External.

2. Expansion Portable Drives:

They are designed for portability, the quality and technology is same but it comes in less weight and size. You can easily move it around. The portable drives of expansion series by Seagate are extremely light weight with a maximum weight of only 160 grams. This weight and size allows you to put it in your pocket and take it wherever you want. It can also go well with your netbook.

It’s a smart solution for me and people like me who keep their data offline. The prices is also reasonable and specs are good. I can assure these drives won’t cause any problem for at least 4 years if you purchase them. The portable versions work best you have a netbook with small disk space.
