Acer’s Android (Honeycomb) powered Iconia Tab A100 will be available on 20th April in the UK. The device was first seen at MWC 2011.
The slim design packs in a Dual core Tegra 2 processor, 512 MB Ram and 8 GB memory. It features a 7 inch capacitive WVGA touch screen display and pretty much like all the other new tablets on the markets. It offers Wi-Fi connectivity, an HDMI port and Bluetooth 2.1.It has dual cameras, a front facing 2 Megapixel and a 5 megapixel camera on the back.
The 3G connectivity cannot be confirmed yet; however this competitively priced tablet is sure to grab some attention as it retails for £299 which is about $483. The tablet is now available for pre-order from Amazon UK. For more details visit the Amazon product page.
