Download Greenpo1s0n Source Code for iOS 4.1

The Chronic Dev team announced some time ago  that their popular jailbreak tool Greenpo1s0n would be going open source, and now they’ve finally revealed it to the world. The source code for Greenpo1s0n jailbreak for iOS 4.1 is now available for download openly.

The source code is licensed under the General Public License (GNU) terms that allows you to modify, upgrade, distribute and extend the tool while preserving the rights of the original authors.

The Greenpo1s0n currently supports untethered jailbreak of almost all iOS device including iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod Touch 4, 3G, 2G and iPad. It uses an exploit based on the Limera1n tool by George Hotz.

P.S. A quick look shows that a small piece of code has pwned one of the world’s most complex mobile OS.
