Toshiba enters into external HDD market

Toshiba has announced a 3.5 inch external hard disk drive. The best feature of this HDD is that it provides dual connectivity i.e. from USB 2.0 port as well as from eSATA port. The drive spins at a 5400 RPM and the word is that the 1 TB model is for $160. The hard disk uses an AC adapter for power. Toshiba has also put the shock resistance technology which should be there in external HDDs.
